Yes. We arrive fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning products and tools. If you prefer we use your personal products (e.g., eco-friendly cleaners), please let us know in advance.
Not at all, many of our clients prefer to provide us with a key, lockbox code, or other secure entry method so we can clean while they’re away. We’ll discuss your preferred entry method during booking.
There is no set amount of time; it all depends on the current condition
of your home. To get a good approximation, take the number of bedrooms in your home and convert it to hours. E.g., 2 bedrooms = 2hours.
We recommend picking up personal items, toys, clothing, and clutter to allow our team to work efficiently. If you have valuables or fragile items, please store them safely before service.
Yes, we use high-quality, non-toxic products whenever possible. If you have specific sensitivities or allergies, we can customize our product selection to meet your needs.
While we take great care in your home, accidents can happen. If we are responsible for any damage, we will notify you immediately and work to repair, replace, or compensate for the item. Please note our full Damage & Liability Policy for details.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling or cancellations to avoid a late cancellation fee. If you or someone in your home is ill, we’ll gladly reschedule at no additional cost.
We accept credit/debit cards, ACH transfers, and select mobile payment methods. Payment is due on the day of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Yes! If you are not fully satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the specific area at no extra charge.
Yes, we are! To obtain proof of insurance, you can email us at Info@pureluxecleaning.com, and we'll send you our current documentation.
Absolutely. We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly service plans with preferred rates for recurring clients.
We’re happy to accommodate custom requests whenever possible. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
